Transportation Service Charges

I fully understand and agree to follow and comply with the following Terms and Conditions. I agree to pay for the transportation service charges provided and set forth herein, including any damage to the hired vehicle.

Deposit Policy

• Non-refundable Deposit: Required to reserve the vehicle. The deposit amount is shown on the itinerary above.
• Non-transferable: Deposits are held for the reserved date and time and cannot be applied to a different date or time. A request to move a deposit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Just Limos, LLC, subject to vehicle availability and any price difference, and is not guaranteed.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance is due 3 business days (Mon–Fri) before the trip date, unless paying cash to the driver at pickup.

❌ Cancellation Charge

• Less than 7 Days Before Reservation date: A cancellation made within 7 days of the reservation date will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost. Example: For a $1,000 reservation, cancelling 6 days before the reservation date will result in a $500 cancellation fee since it is less than 7 days from the date of the reservation.
• Same-Day Cancellation: Cancelling on the day of the reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.

Note: The cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Reason

A customer cannot cancel a reservation due to changes or cancellations in events without incurring a cancellation charge as indicated above. For example: If a concert is cancelled, a game is rained out, or a venue closes, a customer cannot expect to cancel their reservation for a full refund.

Our buses are designed to provide a party experience on the bus (lights, music, etc.) regardless of any outside event or destination the customer chooses. Therefore, even if your event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, you are still held responsible for the cost of the rental (per the cancellation charge policy indicated above).

In some cases, exceptions may be made to postpone your booking, but these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show

If my party is not at the pickup location, or cannot be reached, within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation is treated as a no-show. A no-show is charged 100% of the total reservation cost.

Vehicle Selection

Once a vehicle is selected and the booking has been made, we are unable to discount or cancel your reservation due to the vehicle not meeting your expectations. The only way to be certain is to see the vehicle in-person prior to booking.

Remaining Balance

I agree to pay the balance in full. I understand there is a 4% processing fee on the entire amount, including the deposit, if I choose to pay the remaining balance with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Cash App (all processed through our card processor).

Example: If the reservation total is $500, a 4% merchant card processing fee is $20 ($500 x 0.04), for a new total due of $520.

The 4% fee does not apply to the initial deposit as long as the remaining balance is paid using Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Service is considered completed and accepted at the end of the reservation. Any billing question must be sent in writing within 7 days of the trip date.

Card Authorization

I authorize Just Limos, LLC to charge the credit or debit card I provide, including any card I save on file, for the amounts due under this agreement: the deposit, the remaining balance, overtime, tolls, cleaning charges, damage to the vehicle, and the 4% processing fee on credit card, Apple Pay and Cash App payments described under Remaining Balance. I confirm that I am an authorized user of that card. This authorization remains in effect until all amounts owed for this reservation are paid in full.

Disputed Charges

If I have a question about a charge, I agree to contact Just Limos, LLC at 888-888-9973 or info@just-limos.com first and give it a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before I dispute the charge with my bank or card company. If I dispute a charge that was made according to this agreement and the dispute is decided in favor of Just Limos, LLC, or the charge is otherwise shown to be valid, I am responsible for the amount of the charge, any chargeback or dispute fee charged to Just Limos, LLC, and the reasonable costs of responding to the dispute.

Reservation Changes

Deadline: Finalize all changes (pick-ups, stops, etc.) 72 hours before the reservation.

Price changes: Changes that add time, distance, stops or passengers are priced at the rates in effect when the change is made, and are due before the trip.

Process: Submit written updates via the confirmation email or online at Update My Reservation.

Delays

• During your trip: Once your trip has started, travel time is part of your reservation. Delays caused by weather, road construction, accidents or traffic are not the responsibility of Just Limos, LLC, and no credits or refunds are issued for them. If your party arrives late to a destination because of traffic, the reservation still ends at the scheduled drop-off time unless you extend it. We recommend building extra travel time into your schedule.
• Late pickup: We aim to arrive on time for every pickup. If the vehicle arrives late for reasons within our control, such as a driver or vehicle issue, we will either extend your reservation by the time lost at no charge or, if that is not possible because of another booking, credit you for the time lost. Delays on the way to your pickup caused by weather, accidents or traffic are handled the same way whenever we can make up the time.
• Ending a trip early: If the driver ends the trip early for safety, such as severe weather, a road closure or a fight on board, only the time not used is credited, and only when the cause was not the customer's party.

Overtime Policy

• Increment-Based Billing: Overtime is billed at the hourly rate of my reservation and calculated in 30-minute increments, ensuring charges reflect the actual overtime used instead of rounding up to the next full hour.
• Examples:
  • Example 1: If your drop-off time is scheduled for 6:00 PM and you are dropped off at 6:10 PM, you will be charged for one 30-minute increment of overtime.
  • Example 2: If your drop-off time is scheduled for 6:00 PM and you are dropped off at 6:40 PM, you will be charged for a full hour of overtime (two 30-minute increments).
• Reservation Usage Time: The contracted vehicle’s usage time begins and ends as specified in your reservation. For example:
  • If you reserve the vehicle from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, this constitutes a total of 6 hours. The vehicle will arrive for pick-up at 8:00 PM and complete the drop-off at your final location by 2:00 AM.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to plan their schedule to account for potential delays, such as:
  • Traffic
  • Additional drop-off locations
  • Restroom breaks
  Delays or extensions beyond the reserved time may result in overtime charges.

Route Policy

Non-Smoking Policy

All vehicles are non-smoking. Violations result in cleaning charges and possible service termination without refund.

Air Conditioning

• Standing in the bus restricts cool air from circulating throughout the bus.
• Opening and closing the main passenger door results in a loss of cool air.
• Drinking alcohol and dancing can contribute to feeling warm in the vehicle.
• Warm clothing may add to discomfort.
• Extreme humidity may make it difficult for the A/C system to cool the air adequately.

Driver & Dispatch Communication

Please maintain open communication with both our driver and dispatch team throughout your reservation, either via cell phone or text. Our team may reach out with important updates or questions regarding your reservation, and we kindly ask that you respond promptly to ensure a smooth experience.

Please note, in some cases, we may not be able to extend your reservation if there is another booking immediately following yours and no extra time is available. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly.

If we cannot reach you on the cell phone number provided in your reservation, the No-Show section above applies.

Emergency Exits

• The emergency passenger door release
• Ceiling hatches
• Emergency window exits

Important: Please avoid leaning on or placing pressure against emergency doors and windows to ensure safety.

Vehicle Care

Avoid chewing gum, placing feet on seats, or spilling food/drinks. A cleaning charge ($100 minimum) applies if the vehicle is not left in usable condition.

Lost or Stolen Items

Just Limos, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items. To ensure the safety of your belongings:

• Keep your items in your possession at all times.
• Double-check for personal belongings before concluding your service.

If an item is found:

• It will be held for up to 30 days at our location.
• You must make arrangements to pick up the item during this period.
• Please note: We cannot mail or deliver items.

Substitution Policy

I acknowledge and accept that Just Limos, LLC may need to substitute the selected vehicle at its discretion. Substitution may occur due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, the mechanical breakdown of the originally chosen vehicle.

Important Notes:

• The substituted vehicle may differ in characteristics, including:
  • Exterior color
  • Body style
  • Interior colors
  • Lighting and design

Just Limos, LLC ensures that all substituted vehicles will meet service standards to provide a seamless experience.

Misconduct

Just Limos, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or abuse, whether verbal or physical. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate termination of service, with no refund issued.

Additional Actions:

• Just Limos, LLC reserves the right to remove all event members from the vehicle at a safe and public location, depending on the severity of the situation.
• Further action may be taken if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.

Alcohol & Underage Drinking

Customer Responsibilities:

• If alcohol is brought onto the vehicle, I agree to take full responsibility for ensuring that all individuals are at least 21 years of age.
• I acknowledge that Just Limos, LLC does not provide alcohol for any event.

Identification Requirements:

• Just Limos, LLC reserves the right to request valid photo identification for myself and all guests.
• Failure to provide identification upon request may result in:
  • Termination of service
  • Removal of certain individuals from the event
  • No refund will be issued in such cases.

This policy ensures compliance with the law and the safety of all passengers.

Illegal Activity

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, compliance, and well-being of all passengers and staff.

Standing & Dancing

Our buses are built for a party, and dancing is part of the experience. Please understand that a moving vehicle can brake, turn or hit a bump without warning, and anyone standing or dancing can lose their balance. By signing, I accept that risk for myself and my guests: we choose to stand or dance while the vehicle is moving at our own risk, and Just Limos, LLC and its drivers are not liable for injuries that result from standing, dancing or moving about the vehicle. Seats are available at all times, and the driver may ask everyone to sit for safety at any point.

Damages

Key Details:

• A minimum charge of $100 will apply for any necessary repairs.
• Damage is charged at the actual cost of repair, including parts and labor, supported by an itemized estimate or invoice. Repairs may be made by Just Limos, LLC in-house or by an outside vendor.

This policy ensures that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for future passengers.

Tolls

Tolls are not included in the reservation total.

Charges After the Trip

Tolls, overtime (see Overtime Policy), cleaning and damage charges are billed after the reservation ends. I agree to pay any such invoice within 5 days of receiving it.

Seating

I understand the seating capacity is based on an average size of 130-140 lbs per person shoulder to shoulder.  Please note, seating capacity will be reduced by items brought on to the bus and kept next to each individual (for example, a purse). Please do not exceed the seating capacity that is specified as part of your reservation for the vehicle you have reserved. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional person(s) beyond the capacity allowed for the reserved vehicle.

Children: Kids are welcome on our buses. Like most buses, our vehicles are not equipped with child car seats or boosters, so we are unable to provide them. You are welcome to bring your own, keeping in mind that not every seat can accommodate one. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising the children in their party.

Responsible Party

I am at least 18 years old. I am signing on behalf of myself and everyone in my party, and I have the authority to do so. I am personally responsible for all charges under this agreement, including charges caused by any guest, whether or not I am present.

If We Must Cancel

If Just Limos, LLC cannot provide the service because of a mechanical breakdown, a driver emergency, severe weather, or another cause beyond its control, and no substitute vehicle is available, its responsibility is limited to a refund of the amounts I have paid for this reservation.

Texts and Emails

I agree to receive texts, emails and calls from Just Limos, LLC about this reservation, including confirmations, payment reminders and trip updates, at the phone number and email address I provided.

⚖️ Collection Costs

If any amount owed under this agreement is not paid when due and Just Limos, LLC must take action to collect it, I agree to pay the reasonable costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees, in addition to the amount owed.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal action relating to this agreement or the service provided will be brought in the state courts located in Howard County, Maryland, and I agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

📄 General

I agree that my electronic signature is as valid and binding as a handwritten signature. This agreement, together with my itinerary, is the entire agreement between me and Just Limos, LLC. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
